If you are a European data subject and wish to exercise your GDPR rights, the information and the process to follow depends on your relationship with GetSocial.
You are a GetSocial customer
You are a GetSocial customer if you have registered an account with us and using our platform for your app(s). When your end-users exercise their rights ( i.e. one or more of the right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, or right to restriction of processing) under GDPR, GetSocial is committed to working with you to fulfill these requests, provided the request comes directly from you. To submit a GDPR end-user request to us after May 25, 2018, reach out to us through the form and we will work with you to fulfill your end-user’s request. Please include in that request the end-user’s GetSocial User id, or advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA/GAID), and the date you received the end-user’s request.
As a customer of ours, you also have similar rights under GDPR ( i.e. one or more of the right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to object or right to restriction of processing). You can also use the form below to make a request on your behalf.

If your relationship with GetSocial is via companies that use our services, your request must be submitted directly to them. This is because we act as a service provider (“Data processor” as per GDPR) on behalf of those companies (“Data Controller” as per GDPR), and they are responsible for validating your request and ensuring it is communicated to all service providers that would have stored and/or processed your personal data. You may, however, refer to our Privacy information for Users document to see what data we collect, how we process, store and safeguard these data. We value our customers and intend to help them in their obligations to their users under GDPR.
